At Bentella Development, our goal is to do big things in small steps. Everything that we build is a reflection of our desire to bring real estate ideas to life. We started as a real estate sales team in 2001, and have continually striven to bring something innovative to the market. 20+ years later, and we are now raising our kids to participate and invest into our vision for the future.
Our Story
Named after our children, Bella and Bentley, Bentella LLC was formed in 2013 as a real estate development company that focused solely on family-owned projects. This was a way for us to separate from other partner-involved projects, and pour our team's focus into designing and building what we love. Over the years, we have done numerous house rehabs, flips, small and large new construction builds, vacation rentals, apartments, and large scale commercial buildings. From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted name in real estate, we’ve built our reputation on innovation, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
As the company continues to grow, we have many exciting new projects in the works, including communities designed to change the way people co-exist, while providing unique home ownership opportunities to allow almost anyone to participate in real estate ownership. Our story is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose—driven by a desire to create spaces that not only meet our clients’ needs but inspire their dreams.
